Francis is a sociolinguist and child rights advocate with over 9 years of experience in humanitarian assistance, advocacy, and project coordination. He has worked extensively to support vulnerable populations and promote the rights of children, particularly in health, education, and nutrition.

He specializes in advocacy writing and sexual and reproductive health education, with proven expertise in mobilizing and supporting local organizations. Prior to joining Value Health Africa (VAHA), Francis coordinated activities for the Global Fund project on HIV and STIs with Global Social Action.

He is the Chairperson and co-founder of Hope and Trust Cameroon, a community-based organization that provides assistance and relief to vulnerable and high-risk groups. In addition, he contributes to the CTD taskforce on combating human trafficking in sports and continues to engage in policy and advocacy work.

A multilingual professional, fluent in French and Spanish with a strong command of English, Francis brings a multicultural and inclusive perspective to all his engagements. As a dedicated defender of children’s and youth rights, he actively contributes to WHO-Watch, CTD-Visa, and PHM Cameroon programs.
